NOVELTY - Metal complex structure treated with anti-friction conduction comprises a metal composite structure which is used to prepare a friction-reducing conductive layer (5) on one side surface of the metal substrate (1). The metal substrate is a metal sheet, which is a steel sheet, an aluminum sheet or a metal alloy sheet. The thickness of the metal sheet is 0.05-8.0 mm, and its size is 10-100% of the technological size of the metal composite structure product. The friction-reducing conductive layer (5) is a polymer friction-reducing conductive material, and the outer contour dimension thereof is 20-100% of the contour dimension of the metal composite structure product. USE - Metal composite structure processed by anti-attrition and conductive treatment used in aviation and aerospace field, and also be used as movable component. ADVANTAGE - The metal composite structure has high rigidity, high strength, high elasticity, damp-heat resistant environment, chemical resistance, fatigue resistance, heat protection, impact resistance, damping shock absorption and grinding.
