NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide antibacterial anticorrosive paint comprises e.g. (i) adding black graphite powder and sodium nitrate into concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring, adding potassium permanganate, adding hydrogen peroxide, cooling, (ii) dissolving 1-2 pts. wt. silver nitrate in water, and adding into mixed graphite oxide solution, mixing with 5-15 pts. wt. montmorillonite and 5-15 pts. wt. nano bamboo fiber, and (iii) adding 10-15 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane monomer, 1-5 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin into distilled water, dissolving polyvinyl butyral, biomass-based polyol, and polymer polyol in solvent, mixing with dispersed solution, adding obtained product of the step (ii) into the components, adding mixed filler, 2-5 pts. wt. aqueous film-forming aid, ethylene glycol butyl ether, 0.5-1 pts. wt. OP-10 emulsifier, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, ball milling for 2-3 hours, adding 2-3 pts. wt. diluted curing agent, and filtering material. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide antibacterial anticorrosive paint. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide antibacterial anticorrosive paint comprises (i) adding 2-8 pts. wt. black graphite powder and 1-4 pts. wt. sodium nitrate into certain amount of concentrated sulfuric acid, and stirring in magnetic bath in ice water bath for 1-1.5 hours, adding 3-5 pts. wt. potassium permanganate, and stirring for 2-3 hours, warming at 30-40 degrees C, stirring for 30-45 minutes, adding deionized water and heating at 95-100 degrees C, stirring for 30-45 minutes, adding 10-20 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide (30%), cooling, and set aside, (ii) dissolving 1-2 pts. wt. silver nitrate in 20-30 times of water, and stirring magnetic particles for 10-15 minutes, and then adding into the mixed graphite oxide solution, stirring for 30-40 minutes, centrifugating solution until the pH of the filtrate is 7, sonicating, drying using freeze dryer, mixing with 5-15 pts. wt. montmorillonite and 5-15 pts. wt. nano bamboo fiber to obtain mixed powder, and (iii) adding 10-15 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane monomer, 1-5 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin into distilled water for dilution, performing ultrasonic dispersion and dissolution at 60-80 degrees C, dissolving 0.1-0.8 pts. wt. polyvinyl butyral, 0.6-3 pts. wt. biomass-based polyol, and 1-5 pts. wt. polymer polyol in solvent, mixing with ultrasonically dispersed solution and set aside, mixing, adding obtained product of the step (ii) into the components while dispersing, and dispersing at high speed, adding mixed filler with mass fraction of 20%, 2-5 pts. wt. aqueous film-forming aid, ethylene glycol butyl ether, 0.5-1 pts. wt. OP-10 emulsifier, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, ball milling for 2-3 hours, adding 2-3 pts. wt. diluted curing agent (BH-620), removing solvent by vacuuming, and stirring mixture, and then filtering material to obtain final product.
