▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing carbon-coated silicon nanosheet/nitrogen-doped graphene comprises (1) using melamine as a raw material, adopting a thermal polymerization method to prepare graphite phase carbon nitride, (2) using high-purity microcrystalline silicon powder as a raw material, adopting a sand milling method to prepare a silicon nanosheet slurry, (3) adding graphite phase carbon nitride and silicon nanosheet slurry into ethanol solution, obtaining silicon nanosheet-graphene precursor through ultrasonic dispersion, ball mill mixing and stirring and drying, (4) mixing silicon nanosheet-graphene precursor with ferrocene, preparing carbon-coated silicon nanosheet/nitrogen-doped graphene containing impurities through catalytic pyrolysis, and (5) pickling, repeatedly washing with water-ethanol and suction filtration, drying to obtain the final product, which is carbon-coated silicon nanosheets/nitrogen-doped graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon-coated silicon nanosheet/nitrogen-doped graphene, which is used in lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lithium-ion battery: can exhibit excellent electrochemical performance, and the capacity retention rate can reach 80.99%. The method: is simple, and economical.
