▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Paint comprises component (A) comprising 3-20 parts mass first epoxy resin, 0.15-6 parts mass curing agent, 0.12-4 parts mass phosphoric acid, 0.15-6 parts mass triethylamine, and 3-80 parts mass deionized water, component (B) comprising 100 parts mass second epoxy resin and 5-30 parts mass curing agent and 1-10 parts mass graphene. USE - The paint is useful for marine material protection. ADVANTAGE - The paint has excellent anticorrosion performance, lubricity and abrasion wear resistance, and is environmentally-friendly and prepared by simple and convenient process, and adopts construction equipment which is easy to clean without pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the paint, involving (a) using the above-mentioned raw material and acetone, (b) completely dissolving the first epoxy resin in the acetone to form a solution mixture, (c) adding the phosphoric acid to the solution mixture, and reacting at 50-100 degrees C for 5-10 hours, (d) neutralizing the excess phosphoric acid, adding triethylamine to the mixed solution, heating at 30-60 degrees C, and diluting with the deionized water, (e) distilling the mixture under reduced pressure at 30-70 degrees C to remove the acetone in the reaction system to obtain a blue milky transparent emulsion aqueous epoxy phosphate ester emulsion, which is the component (A), (f) adding the curing agent to the second epoxy resin, and completely dissolving to obtain the component (B), (g) mixing the component (A) and (B), and uniformly stirring, and (h) adding the graphene to the mixture obtain in the step (g), stirring, and uniformly dispersing at room temperature to obtain the paint.
