NOVELTY - A zinc-rich epoxy anti-corrosion paint comprises component (A) which is cured into a film and component (B) comprising curing agent. The component (A) comprises 0.1-5 wt.% graphene, 0-35 wt.% zinc powder, 30-70 wt.% filler, 10-20 wt.% epoxy resin with solid content of 54%, and 10-20 wt.% solvent. The total content of graphene, zinc powder and filler is 60-80 wt.% with respect to 100 wt.% total content of component (A). USE - Zinc-rich epoxy anti-corrosion paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The zinc-rich epoxy paint has excellent corrosion resistance and reduced amount of zinc powder, and is economical and environmentally-friendly. The film formed using the paint has reduced thickness. The generation of zinc oxide mist produced during welding is reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of zinc-rich epoxy anti-corrosion paint, which involves mixing epoxy resin, solvent, zinc powder, graphite and filler in a mixer at rotating speed of 1000-1500 rpm, and grinding obtained mixture to a particle size of 20-60 mu m, preferably 40 mu m to obtain component (A), mixing curing agent and solvent to obtain component (B), and mixing component (A) and component (B).
