NOVELTY - Paste comprises 16-20 pts. wt. compound resin, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 7-9 pts. wt. metal powder, 1-3 pts. wt. conductive auxiliary additive, 5-7 pts. wt. micro-crystal glass powder, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 10-16 pts. wt. filling polymer, 3-7 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 1-2 pts. wt. white carbon black and 1-3 pts. wt. high temperature resistant adhesive. USE - Used as paste. ADVANTAGE - The paste has strong adhesion environmental weathering, heat and aging resistance, high stability, high bonding strength between the resistive paste and the substrate, good curing flatness, does not contain heavy metals e.g. lead, cadmium, chromium and mercury and is environmentally friendly and preparation method is economical and simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing paste, comprising (i) taking raw materials of each component at specified weight; (ii) adding filling polymer, white carbon black, micro-crystal glass powder and graphene into a high-speed mixer and stirring at 350-450 revolutions/minute for 25-35 minutes to obtain a mixture A; (iii) adding compound resin and filling polymer into the reaction vessel, stirring at 95-105 degrees C for 5-9 minutes, adding auxiliary agent, heating to 130-140 degrees C, stirring uniformly to obtain a viscous fluid, adding metal powder, conductive auxiliary additive and antioxidant, mixing continuosly for 7-9 minutes, adding the mixture A, graphene and high temperature resistant adhesive, heating to 150-160 degrees C and stirring at 400-500 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes to obtain a mixture B; and (iv) adding mixture B into a three-roll mill for grinding and dispersing, where dispersing is carried out for 3-5 times, adding into homogenizer, homogenizing at 80-90 degrees C at 7000-8000 revolutions/minute at 8-12MPa for 10-16 minutes and cooling to room temperature.
