NOVELTY - The transferring method of graphene film involves forming a support layer on a substrate (a) on which a graphene film is grown, forming a support layer on one side of the graphene film away from the substrate (a), bonding one side of the substrate (a) with the support layer to the target substrate through a transparent adhesive layer, and removing the substrate (a). USE - Transferring of graphene film on substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the transfer of graphene film on substrate with excellent crack resistance, improves the adhesion of the graphene film on the target substrate, and achieves transfer of large-size graphene film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for substrate which comprises a graphene composite structure which is arranged on a substrate, the graphene composite structure comprises a graphene layer, a transparent adhesive layer, and a support layer, the graphene composite structure is bonded to substrate through transparent adhesive layer, and the support layer is located between transparent adhesive layer and graphene layer.
