NOVELTY - Graphene composite olefin polymer organic coating, comprises 40-60 pts. wt. of base resin, 1-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, 30-55 pts. wt. of compound modifier, 20-45 pts. wt. curing agent. The base resin comprises a phenolic resin and bisphenol F in ratio of 1: 2-1: 4. USE - Graphene composite olefin polymer organic coating is applied as a protective layer on pumps, turbines, propellers, fans, chemical storage tanks, water tanks, reactors, cesspool tanks and heat exchanger tube sheets (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for graphene composite olefin polymer organic coating, which involves: (A) heating phenolic resin to 60-80 degrees C, stirring, adding bisphenol F resin and stirring continuously for 10-15 minutes; (B) adding de-foaming agent and stirring for 10-15 minutes; (C) adding graphene, stirring and dropping pretreatment agent; (D) adding tetrafluoroethylene powder, silica hollow spheres, mica, talc, leveling agent, nano silicon and cutting for 5-15 minutes; (E) adding UV absorber and antioxidant sequentially, stirring for 30-40 minutes; (F) keeping the temperature of the system less than 60 degrees C to obtain modified resin; and (G) adding curing agent, stirring to obtain a graphene composite organic polymer coating.
