▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing electric energy and hydrogen peroxide by oxidizing aldehyde to acid, comprises providing liquid flow fuel cell, adding the anolyte containing aldehyde compounds into the anode liquid storage tank to the anode discharge chamber and circulating back to the anode liquid storage tank, adding catholyte from the cathode storage tank into the cathode discharge chamber and circulating back to the cathode storage tank, introducing air into the cathode discharge chamber and the cathode liquid storage tank, oxidizing the aldehyde compound to the corresponding acid, and generating hydrogen peroxide at the same time, where the cathode is formed by loading cathode electron carriers on first conductive substrate, the cathode electron carrier includes anthraquinone, polyanthraquinone, anthraquinone-2-carboxylic acid, or 2-ethylanthraquinone, the catholyte comprises a redox electrolyte, and the redox electrolyte includes anthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid or anthraquinone-2,7-disulfonic acid. USE - The method is useful for producing electric energy and hydrogen peroxide by oxidizing aldehyde to acid. ADVANTAGE - The method makes the reaction of the aldehyde oxidation to generate acid in the form of fuel cell, the reaction condition is mild, and the co-production of the electrical energy and the hydrogen peroxide can be achieved while generating the acid. The method can ensure the reaction rate of the electrode surface is fast, which is good for the oxidation of the aldehyde compound. It can obtain the higher product concentration and reduce the generation of humus and so on by-products. The reaction of generating acid by air or oxygen in the existing technology usually needs to be carried out under the severe reaction conditions e.g. high pressure and high temperature.
