NOVELTY - Doped graphene-doped flame retardant material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 100-130 pts. wt. isocyanate, 30-50 pts. wt. lame retardant, 0.2-1 pts. wt. catalyst, 5-10 pts. wt. chain extender, 2-8 pts. wt. graphene filler, 1-5 pts. wt. stabilizer, 2-8 pts. wt. olefin filler and 2-5 pts. wt. deionized water. The flame-retardant material doped with graphene is prepared by putting polyether polyol in avacuum drying box, drying for 2-5h under the condition of the temperature is 80-100 degrees C to obtain the driedpolyether polyol, putting the isocyanate in the vacuum drying box, drying for 3-6h under the condition of the temperature is 60-80 degrees C, obtaining dried isocyanate. The dried polyether polyol obtained, lame retardant, catalyst, chain extender, graphene filler, stabilizing agent andde-ionized water are mixed in the mixing tank, and then the power is 50-60W. USE - Doped graphene-doped flame retardant material. ADVANTAGE - The doped graphene-doped flame retardant material has excellent flame retardant property, good mechanical property and low heat conductivity coefficient, it has high practical value and is worthy of popularization. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing doped graphene-doped flame retardant material, which involves: (A) putting the prescription polyetherpolyol in a vacuum drying box; (B) drying for 2-5h under the condition of the temperature is 80-100 to obtain the dried polyether polyol; (C) putting the isocyanate in the vacuum drying box; (D) drying for 3-6h under the condition of the temperature is 60-80 degrees C; (E) obtaining dried isocyanate; (F) mixing flame retardant, catalyst, chain extender, graphene filler, stabilizing agent and de-ionized water; (G) performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment for 3-6h to obtain the uniformly dispersed mixture; (H) adding the dried isocyanate obtained into the mixture obtained; (I) reacting for 1-3min under thecondition of room temperature, then under the protection of nitrogen atmosphere, foaming and curing for 2-6h under the condition of the temperature is 80-100 degrees C; (J) taking out and curing for 6-8h at room temperature; and (K) obtaining the flame retardant material doped with graphene.
