▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A brightener is prepared by using 20-32 pts. wt. microcrystalline polyethylene wax, 55-62 pts. wt. 2,5-bis(5-tert-butyl-2-phenylazolyl)thiophene, 2-5 pts. wt. vitamin E acetate, 1-2 pts. wt. magnesium hydrogen sulfate, 0.4-0.5 pt. wt. N-methylpyrrolidone, 3-5 pts. wt. butoctanol, and balance deionized water. USE - Brightener for hot melt coatings on road. ADVANTAGE - The brightener can be directly covered and painted on the hot-melt coating for the renovation of hot-melt coating products, especially the aging and faded hot-melt marking on the road. Direct application of the brightener can solve the problem of aging, fading and yellowing of high paints. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the brightener, which involves (1) heating microcrystalline polyethylene wax to molten state, adding vitamin E acetate, N-methylpyrrolidone, and butoctanol in drops, stirring at 800-1000 rpm, placing in a temperature-controlled reactor to maintain a constant temperature, leaving still for 20-30 minutes, (2) dissolving magnesium hydrogen sulfate in deionized water, formulating into an aqueous solution with a concentration of 1-2%, adding 2,5-bis(5-tert-butyl-2-phenylazolyl)thiophene, filtering after soaking for 40-60 minutes, washing the resulting solution with water until it is neutral, drying, mixing the treated solution with the mixture obtained in step (1), stirring and dispersing at high speed for 40-50 minutes, and adding into grinder to grind until the particle size of the obtained slurry is 10 mu m or less.
