NOVELTY - Silicone rubber anti-electromagnetic interference insulating cloth comprises graphene layer for electromagnetic shielding and a silicone rubber layer attached to the surface for external insulation. The graphene layer and the silicone rubber layer are chemically crosslinked and interfacially grafted through gamma -glycidyl ether oxypropyltrimethoxysilane. USE - Silicone rubber anti-electromagnetic interference insulating cloth. ADVANTAGE - The silicone rubber anti-electromagnetic interference insulating cloth realizes the functions of insulation, electromagnetic shielding and heat conduction, has excellent external insulation performance, which can meet the insulation requirements of power equipment with external insulation requirements or 10KV electromagnetic field environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a silicone rubber anti-electromagnetic interference insulating cloth, which involves: (A) preparing silicone rubber layer by a rolling method, and the silicone rubber layer contains gamma -glycidyl ether oxypropyltrimethoxysilane; (B) preparing a graphene layer slurry containing gamma -glycidyl ether oxypropyltrimethoxysilane; and (C) coating graphene layer slurry on the surface of the silicone rubber layer to form a graphene layer, and chemical cross-linking and interface grafting are generated between the two layers through gamma -glycidyl ether oxypropyltrimethoxysilane.
