▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High solid content modified aqueous acrylic acid coating film comprises 10-15 g butyl titanate (TBOT), 5-10 g 75% ethanol solution, 1-2 g industrial grade flaky graphene oxide, 31-85 g deionized water, 2-5 ml concentrated hydrochloric acid, 3-5 g coupling agent, 1-3 g sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), 0.2-1 g nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (OP-10), 10-50 g methyl methacrylate (MMA), 30-50 g butyl acrylate (BA), 10-250 g acrylic acid (AA) and 0.1-0.5 g potassium persulfate (KPS). USE - Used as high solid content modified aqueous acrylic acid coating film. ADVANTAGE - The method: increases solid content of the coating by 30% or more; reache salt spray time to more than 1000 hours; improves wear resistance, weathering performance of acrylic coatings; and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the film comprising (i) adding the TBOT, ethanol solution, industrial grade flaky graphene oxide into 250 ml four-mouth flask equipped with stirrer, thermometer and cooling pipe, stirring for 0.5-2 hours, uniformly mixing the deionized water, 75% ethanol solution, and concentrated hydrochloric acid for 20-40 minutes, dropping to four-mouth flask with constant speed, stirring for 0.5-2 hours, adding coupling agent, high speed stirring for 20-35 hours under room temperature, raising the temperature to 75-85 degrees C, continuously reacting for 1-2 hours, then rotating and evaporating at 30-50 degrees C and removing the ethanol to obtain the modified graphene oxide sol, and (ii) adding the SDS, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (OP-10), deionized water, methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA) and acrylic acid (AA) into a beaker, mixing and stirring, taking third solution to high-speed emulsion for 20 minutes, placing pre-emulsifier into constant pressure liquid funnel, adding modified graphene oxide sol into the remained solution obtained in the step (ii), ultrasonic stirring for 10-30 minutes, then transferring to 250 ml four-mouth flask equipped with stirrer, thermometer and cooling pipe, raising the temperature to 70 degrees C, adding potassium persulfate (KPS), continuously slowly raising temperature to 75 degrees C, uniformly dripping the pre-emulsion to the reaction bottle, after finishing dripping, raising temperature to 82 degrees C, reacting for 2 hours, cooling the materials to room temperature, filtering using 300 meshes of nylon screen, adjusting pH to 7-8 to obtain the high solid content modified waterborne polyacrylate film.
