▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - In-situ polymerization modified graphene polypropylene meltblown cloth comprises 0.1-30 wt.% in-situ polymerized graphene polypropylene masterbatch, 69-99 wt.% polypropylene chip, and 0.1-5 wt.% modifier. The meltblown fabric is prepared by meltblown fabric production process. USE - In-situ polymerization modified graphene polypropylene meltblown cloth. ADVANTAGE - The in-situ polymerization modified graphene polypropylene meltblown cloth has characteristics of antibacterial, far infrared and ultraviolet resistance, and durable functionality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing in-situ polymerization modified graphene polypropylene meltblown cloth, which involves: (A) weighing raw materials, grinding graphene polypropylene masterbatch and polypropylene slices in raw material and mixing them, placing mixture obtained into screw extruder and melting for extrusion; (B) drawing fine flow through high-speed hot air flow, mixing room temperature air on both sides with the drawing hot air flow to cool fine flow to form ultrafine fibers, collecting fibers obtained on condensed screen, thermally bonding into non-woven fabric by themselves, forming nonwoven fabric by web obtained, trimming by trimming machine; and (C) winding on winding roller to form nonwoven fabric packaged.
