▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene/titania photocatalyst, involves (1) preparing graphite oxide by chemical process, dissolving obtained graphite oxide in water to obtain graphene oxide suspension, (2) adding butyl titanate, absolute ethanol and glacial acetic acid, mixing and stirring, dripping precursor mixture in graphene oxide suspension, transferring mixture to Teflon (RTM: PTFE) -lined reactor, heating reaction, cooling, washing, drying and grinding to obtain solid powder, (3) calcining resulting product in a muffle furnace, cooling out in the air, and grinding. USE - Preparation of graphene/titania photocatalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene/titania photocatalyst with high specific surface area, high adsorption capacity and high photocatalytic activity, effectively removes volatile organic compound and improves degradation efficiency of acetone. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of graphene/titania photocatalyst, involves (1) preparing graphite oxide by chemical process, dissolving obtained graphite oxide in certain amount of water for 1-3 hours to obtain certain concentration of graphene oxide suspension, (2) adding 8-13 ml butyl titanate, 30-50 ml absolute ethanol and 1-3 ml glacial acetic acid, mixing evenly and stirring, dripping precursor mixture in graphene oxide suspension, transferring mixture to Teflon (RTM: PTFE) -lined reactor, heating reaction, cooling, washing, drying and grinding to obtain solid powder, (3) calcining resulting product in a muffle furnace, cooling out in the air, and grinding.
