NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly self-corrosion-type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, comprises 15-19 pts. wt. sodium methacrylate sulfonate, 11-15 pts. wt. diethylene triamine, 6-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 12-16 pts. wt. methallyl polyoxyethylene ether, 8-12 pts. wt. itaconic acid, 4-8 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide, 19-23 pts. wt. mercaptopropionic acid, 21-25 pts. wt. potassium carbonate and 10-14 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as environmentally friendly self-corrosion-type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and convenient, improves the antiseptic and antibacterial properties of the water reducer, and improves the workability of the agent, and the phenomenon of reverse slurry is not serious. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the water reducing agent, comprising (i) adding the sodium methacrylic acid sulfonate, diethylenetriamine and water into the reaction kettle, stirring and heating until it dissolves to obtain the bottom liquid, (ii) adding the graphene oxide, methallyl polyoxyethylene ether, itaconic acid, hydrogen peroxide, mercaptopropionic acid and potassium carbonate into a mixer for mixing to obtain a mixed solution, (iii) gradually dropping the mixed liquid into the bottom liquid, and using a stirring rod to stir the liquid in the reactor during the dripping process, (iv) performing heat preservation treatment on the reactor, and (v) adjusting pH and finally obtaining an environmentally friendly self-corrosive polycarboxylate water-reducing agent.
