▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene/graphene/nickel composite material comprises composite particles made of metallic nickel as shell structure. Graphene-coated ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene is nickel-plated. The graphene-coated ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene particles are 97.42-98.91 vol.%. The content of metallic nickel is 1.09-2.58 vol.%. The content of graphene in the composite material is 0.028 vol.%. USE - Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene/graphene/nickel composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high electromagnetic shielding properties, and has improved conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparing nickel-plated graphene-coated ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene particles, which involves dispersing graphene oxide and the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene in ethanol solution, heating, stirring at room temperature, drying, heating by hydrazine hydrate reduction, filtering, washing, drying to obtain graphene-coated ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene particles, adding dried graphene-coated ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene particles to chemical bath at 40-80 degrees C, stirring in ultrasonic bath, dripping reducing agent solution to the chemical bath, carrying out electroless nickel plating for 30-60 minutes, washing, filtering, drying and obtaining composite particle for preparing composite material. The chemical plating solution comprises 10-50 g/l nickel chloride hexahydrate, 30-100 g/l trisodium citrate dihydrate, 100-300 ml/l ammonium hydrate and distilled water. The reducing agent is 20-100 g/l sodium hypophosphite hydrate and distilled water.
