▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation method of palladium-based hydrogen sensitive material (4) comprises (a) synthesizing graphene film on a substrate by chemical vapor deposition method; (b) dissolving palladium chloride and concentrated hydrochloric acid in deionized water, and ultrasonically vibrating to obtain a palladium chloro-chloro-acid solution; (c) loading palladium nanoparticles on the graphene film by self-reduction deposition method at room temperature, immersing the film on the substrate in the chemical plating solution, soaking for 10-60 minutes; and (d) soaking the film in the deionizing water to remove the remaining residue of the chemical plating solution to obtain the product. USE - The controllable preparation method of palladium-based hydrogen sensitive material is useful for optical fiber grating hydrogen sensor (claimed) including electrochemical sensor, catalytic combustion sensor, semiconductor sensor and optical fiber sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method can flexibly and simply control the size of the palladium nano-particle in the palladium-based hydrogen sensitive material. It can also control the amount of palladium in the process of releasing hydrogen easily. The whole preparation process is green and pollution-free, and the cost is low. The method is environment-friendly and non-toxic, and has stronger adaptability. The metal palladium precursor salt is self-reduced to metal palladium nanometer particle, making it uniformly and firmly loaded on the graphene film, enhancing the acting force between the film graphene so as to overcome the palladium in the hydrogen absorbing, releasing problem. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a palladium-based hydrogen-sensitive material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a structural representation of the fiber grating hydrogen sensor in controllable preparation method of palladium-based hydrogen sensitive material. 4Palladium-based hydrogen sensitive material
