NOVELTY - A graphene radiating device for intelligent machine battery, comprising a graphene radiating fin, the graphene radiating fin is provided with a groove cavity position jointed with the battery; the periphery of the groove cavity is provided with an extending side; the extending side is provided with a first synthetic graphite layer; the synthetic graphite layer is provided with a flame retardant layer, the flame retardant layer is provided with a second synthetic graphite layer; the second synthetic graphite layer is provided with a macromolecule insulating protective film; the first synthetic graphite layer is coated on the extending side of the graphene radiating fin by graphite slurry to prepare by chemical vapour deposition.
