NOVELTY - Photocatalyst graphene composite system sterilizing and disinfecting agent comprises active materials, antibacterial materials and deionized water. The preparation of antibacterial material comprises (a) adding cyanuric chloride into reaction vessel containing acetone for mixing, (b) adding intermediate 1 to reaction vessel containing acetone for mixing, adding aqueous solution of aminoethyl hydantoin, performing reaction and drying to obtain intermediate 2, (c) adding methacryloyloxyethyl-benzyl-dimethyl ammonium chloride to reaction vessel equipped with dichloromethane, adding azobisisobutyronitrile, stirring to dissolve, refluxing and introducing into hydrogen bromide gas and obtaining intermediate 3, (d) adding intermediate 3 into sodium hydroxide solution and drying to obtain intermediate 4 and (e) adding intermediate 2 into reaction vessel containing acetone solvent, adding aqueous solution of intermediate 4, continuing reaction, suction filtering, washing and drying. USE - The method is useful for photocatalyst graphene composite system sterilizing and disinfecting agent. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes multiple antibacterial effects and high sterilization efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Photocatalyst graphene composite system sterilizing and disinfecting agent comprises 100-130 pts. wt. active materials, 1-3 pts. wt. antibacterial materials and 500 pts. wt. deionized water, where the active materials are nano-titanium dioxide-graphene composite materials. The preparation of antibacterial material comprises (a) adding cyanuric chloride into the reaction vessel containing acetone for mixing, adding aqueous solution of sodium p-sulfanilate in a drop wise manner, continuing the reaction for 3 hours after the completion of drop wise addition, performing suction filtration, washing and drying to obtain intermediate 1, (b) adding intermediate 1 to the reaction vessel containing acetone for mixing, heating to 40degreesC, adding aqueous solution of aminoethyl hydantoin, performing reaction for 3 hours and drying to obtain intermediate 2, (c) adding the methacryloyloxyethyl-benzyl-dimethyl ammonium chloride to the reaction vessel equipped with dichloromethane, adding azobisisobutyronitrile, stirring to dissolve, refluxing and introducing into hydrogen bromide gas and obtaining intermediate 3 after 2 hours of reaction, (d) adding the intermediate 3 into sodium hydroxide solution with a mass fraction of 10%, reacting at 50degreesC for 40 minutes, filtering and drying to obtain the intermediate 4 and (e) adding intermediate 2 into the reaction vessel containing acetone solvent, adding aqueous solution of intermediate 4 in a drop wise manner, continuing reaction for 3 hours, suction filtering, washing and drying to obtain antibacterial material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing photocatalyst graphene composite system sterilizing agent comprising (a) adding titanium sulfate solution into sodium hydroxide solution under the condition of 70degreesC, stirring and adjusting pH value of the reaction system to 7, filtering after the reaction and washing with suction to obtain nano-titanium dioxide, (b) adding composite nano-titanium dioxide and graphene and deionized water to prepare an active material and (c) mixing the active material, antibacterial material and the deionized water to obtain photocatalyst graphene composite system sterilizing and disinfecting agent.
