▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Thermally conductive composition comprises a polymeric material and a filler mixture. The filler mixture consists of a large particle filler having an average particle size of 30-300 μ m, a medium particle filler having an average particle size of 1-30 μ m, and a small particle filler having an average particle size of 10-900 nm. USE - The thermally conductive composition is useful for thermal interface material (TIM) as a heat transfer material. ADVANTAGE - The thermally conductive composition: maximizes heat transfer performance by combining a filler mixture and has excellent thermal conductivity of about /-5 W/m k; and has excellent adhesion or adhesion performance and improved thermal conductivity.
