▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The electronic component has source, drain and gate electrodes (504,505,507) and base layer having convex or concave structure, which are arranged respectively on substrate. A graphene sheet (503) is arranged on base layer by selective vapor growth process or nano transfer method, and is connected directly or via insulating layer (506) with electrodes. USE - Electronic component e.g. light receiving/transmitting device (claimed) such as LED used in optical integrated circuit and electronic integrated circuit (both claimed). ADVANTAGE - Since the graphene sheet is arranged on base layer having convex/concave structure, local electron states can be formed in sheet's curved portion obtained by bending the graphene sheet. Thus, the same electron states as the cylinder or cap part of a nanotube can be realized, and the band gaps at the K points in the reciprocal lattice space can be formed.
