NOVELTY - A graphene composite PVA fiber comprises 20-35 pts. wt. composite masterbatch, 60-82 pts. wt. PVA, 30-40 pts. wt. solvent and 2-5 pts. wt. cationic surfactant. The solvent is water and/or alcohol with specific mass ratio. The alcohol is methanol, ethanol or propanol. The composite masterbatch comprises graphene, microcrystalline cellulose, solvent, filler, hydrophobic amino acid and organic acid. The solvent of composite masterbatch is water, ethanol or acetone. The filler is hydrophobic filler or functional filler fiber powder. The graphene is 3-10 layers of graphene. USE - Graphene composite polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite PVA fiber has excellent overall performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene composite PVA fiber comprises 20-35 pts. wt. composite masterbatch, 60-82 pts. wt.
