NOVELTY - Metal-nanocarbon composite comprises a core (10) made of plate-shaped metal, and a shell (20) mechanically-chemically coupled to the outer surface of the core by simultaneously treating the core with a mechanofusion and a plasma. USE - Metal-nanocarbon composite is used for forming electromagnetic wave shielding film. ADVANTAGE - The metal nanocarbon composite has improved electromagnetic wave absorption and heat dissipation performance, and reduced electromagnetic wave reflectance of core made of metal material, and is economical and simple to produce. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a metal-nanocarbon composite, which involves dosing single metal and nano-carbon particles into a dry high-energy mixer, performing mechanofusion in the dry high-energy mixer, generating plasma at the same time, mechano-chemically bonding the single metal and the nano-carbon particles.
