▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite cathode material comprises secondary particles comprising silicon oxide-carbon particles, carbon nanotubes and graphene sheet. The silicon oxide-carbon particles are silicon oxide particles coated with nano carbon layer on outside. The carbon nanotubes are grown in situ on the nano carbon layer of the silicon oxide-carbon particles. The graphene sheet is bridged with the silicon oxide-carbon particles through carbon nanotubes. The composite cathode material contains 60-90 %mass silicon oxide. USE - Composite cathode material is used for lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite cathode material has excellent electroconductivity and structure stability, and reduced volume expansion during charging and discharging process. The coating of graphene reduces contact surface between silicon oxide and electrolyte. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A composite cathode material comprises secondary particles comprising silicon oxide (SiOx, where x is 0.5-1.5)-carbon particles, carbon nanotubes and graphene sheet. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite cathode material, which involves using silicon oxide particles, dispersing agent, additive, graphene slurry, protective gas and carbon source gases (g1 and g2).
