NOVELTY - Dispersion of single-walled carbon nanotube e.g. TUBALL(RTM: graphene nanotube) in biocompatible media using ultrasonic treatment involves using 1% bovine serum albumin in phosphate buffer solution and dulbecco's modified eagle medium and bronchial epithelial growth medium as culture media, and obtaining the dispersions with agglomerate size up to 1000 μ m at 750 W, 20 kHz, amplitude of 40%, pulse of 5/6, and three times for 30 minutes.
