▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation method of titanium dioxide nanomaterial involves adding 2-3 ml tetrabutyl titanate as a titanium source, 25-30 ml propanol as a solvent and 0.8-1 ml hydrofluoric acid as a surfactant to 1-1.5 ml graphene oxide as an additive, uniformly mixing, and carrying out solvothermal reaction at 180-200 degrees C for 6-24 hours. Tetrabutyl titanate and graphene oxide are used in a mass ratio of 120:1-150:1. USE - The method is useful for preparation of titanium dioxide nanomaterial, which is useful for cathode of lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of titanium dioxide nanomaterial with high specific surface area, rich in trivalent titanium and excellent conductivity and electronic transmission speed. The titanium dioxide nanomaterial provides excellent magnification performance and reversible capacity to the lithium-ion battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for titanium dioxide nanomaterial prepared by the method.
