NOVELTY - Modifying graphene oxide comprises using Brodie method, Hummers method or Maudenmaier method to prepare graphite oxide. The method comprises post-processing reaction liquid, adding amine compound to reaction solution and obtaining amine activated graphite oxide intermediate product; and ultrasonically dispersing obtained intermediate product in alkaline solution to obtain graphite oxide. USE - Method for modifying graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene oxide exhibits antibacterial and anticoagulant functions.
