NOVELTY - Modified graphene powder is added to polypropylene resin, antioxidant and dispersant are added, mixed and granulated to obtain modified graphene powder-polypropylene blended masterbatch. Modified graphene powder-polypropylene blended masterbatch is added to polypropylene resin, stirred and extrusion-molded to obtain graphene-modified polypropylene inner tube. Steel strip, graphene-modified polypropylene inner tube and unmodified polypropylene outer layer are bonded using hot-melt adhesive to obtain graphene-modified polypropylene plastic composite pipe. USE - Preparation of graphene-modified polypropylene plastic composite pipe (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene-modified polypropylene plastic composite pipe having excellent mechanical strength and aging resistance using reduced amount of graphene powder, by an economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 1x 10-3-1 pts. wt. Surface treatment agent is added to 1-1000 pts. wt. of solvent, stirred, 1-100 pts. wt. graphene powder is added, and the resulting mixture is stirred at high speed to obtain modified graphene dispersion. The modified graphene dispersion is dried to obtain modified graphene powder. 0.1-30 pts. wt. Modified graphene powder is added to 100 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 0.1-1 pt. wt. antioxidant and 0.1-1 pt. wt. dispersant are added, mixed, dispersed and granulated to obtain modified graphene powder-polypropylene blended masterbatch. 1-100 pts. wt. Modified graphene powder-polypropylene blended masterbatch is added to 100 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, stirred uniformly and extrusion-molded to obtain graphene-modified polypropylene inner tube. Steel strip, graphene-modified polypropylene inner tube and unmodified polypropylene outer layer are bonded using hot-melt adhesive to obtain graphene-modified polypropylene plastic composite pipe.
