▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high-toughness graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material comprises e.g. (i) taking 0.3-5 wt.% graphene flakes and 95-99.7 wt.% aluminum metal powder, (ii) pre-dispersing the graphene micro-sheet, ultrasonically dispersing the graphene micro-sheet in the distilled water for 90-120 minutes to obtain graphene microsheet aqueous solution, adding aluminum metal powder into graphene micro-sheet aqueous solution, stirring for 60-90 minutes at normal temperature, then filtering, filtering and drying, adding dried powder into the ball milling tank for ball milling to obtain mixed powder, (iii) taking the mixed powder obtained in step (ii) as raw material and preparing graphene micro-sheet reinforced aluminum-based composite material using plasma discharge sintering process or pressure infiltration process, the thickness of the graphene micro-sheet reinforced aluminum based composite material is 2-2.5 times of the thickness of the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-toughness graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: solves the problem of the inversion of the strength of the graphene-enhanced aluminum-based composite material.
