( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 1-2 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 1-2 pts. wt. boric acid, 1-2 pts. wt. benzenepropanoic triazole, 2-3 pts. wt. film-forming additive, and 120-125 pts. wt. water. USE - High speed fine copper wire drawing lubricant (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high speed fine copper wire drawing lubricant has excellent corrosion inhibition effect, and the wire is maintained bright for long time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of high speed fine copper wire drawing lubricant, which involves (1) mixing graphene and silane coupling agent, and grinding for 10-15 minutes to obtain the powder, (2) adding jade to sintering furnace, sintering at 520-550 degrees C for 1-2 hours, cooling, crushing, soaking in 10-15% hydrochloric acid solution for 2-3 hours, removing, washing, drying, and grinding into powder through 250-400 mesh screen, (3) mixing styrene and itaconic acid, adding remaining raw materials, stirring, adding powder obtained in step (1), and stirring for 45-60 minutes, and (4) adding powder obtained in step (2), stirring for 30-40 minutes, adding ( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, and stirring for 1-2 hours.
