NOVELTY - Conductive anticorrosive paint comprises 15-25 pts. wt. organotitanium polymer, 20-25 pts. wt. polyphenolic resin, 10-15 pts. wt. toughening agent, 15-20 pts. wt. conductive agent and 15-20 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - Conductive anticorrosive paint is used for proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) used for converting chemical energy present in fuel and oxidant into electrical energy. ADVANTAGE - The conductive anticorrosive paint is capable of improving the corrosion resistance bipolar plate and conductivity. When the coating is transferred to the surface of the metal substrate to form a coating, the paint can improve the performance of metal bipolar plate. In addition, the coating can simply form coating on surface of metal substrate, compared with the traditional plating process, greatly simplifies the preparation difficulty and cost of the plate of the coating, which is good for large scale popularization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing conductive anticorrosive paint comprising mixing the organotitanium polymer, the phenolic oxygen resin, the toughening agent, the conductive agent and the curing agent; (2) metal bipolar plate comprising a metal substrate and a conductive anticorrosive paint, the conductive anticorrosive paint is covered on the surface of the metal substrate, the conductive anticorrosive paint prepared by the conductive anticorrosive paint as mentioned above; (3) preparing metal bipolar plate comprising coating the conductive anticorrosive paint on the surface of the metal baseplate, preparing metal bipolar plate to obtain pre-finished product, and curing the pre-finished product of the metal bipolar plate; (4) proton exchange membrane fuel cell comprising metal bipolar plate; and (5) electric device comprising proton exchange membrane fuel cell.
