NOVELTY - Hydrophobic film comprises 34-38 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 12-16 pts. wt. modified straw ash, 8-14 pts. wt. polyimide, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. talc powder, 5-9 pts. wt. sepiolite powder, 2-5 pts. wt. styrene sulfonate powder, 3-5 pts. wt. coalescent, 2-4 pts. wt. lubricant and 1-3 pts. wt. plasticizer. USE - Used as hydrophobic film. ADVANTAGE - The hydrophobic film has high strength and good waterproof performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing hydrophobic film comprising: (i) taking the raw materials of each component; (ii) sequentially adding polyethylene resin, modified straw ash, polyimide, graphene, talc powder, sepiolite powder, styrene sulfonate powder, coalescent, lubricant and plasticizer into a high speed mixer and uniformly stirring the raw materials at a speed of 220-230 rotations/minute for 35-45 minutes to obtain mixture-A; and (iii) passing the mixture-A to the extruder, extruding at 175-185 degrees C, passing to a casting machine for cooling to form a sheet at 28-32 degrees C, preheating the cooled sheet and stretching in a horizontal direction.
