NOVELTY - An antibacterial fabric is prepared by using warp and weft interlaced perpendicular to each other. The warp is cross-combined by warp (A) and warp (B) in relation of 1:1. The weft is cross-combined by weft (A) and weft (B) in relation of 1:2. The mass ratio of warp (A) and warp (B) is 100:262-270. The mass ratio of weft (A) to weft (B) is 166:165-170. The fabric has reed number of 12 teeth/cm, number of penetrations per reed of 3 teeth/tooth and blank width of 226 cm. The total number of warp roots is 5356. The fabric is plain weave and has warp density of 325 roots/10 cm, weft density of 252 roots/10 cm and heald page number of 4. The fabric has width of 207 cm, weight of 120 g/m and warp arrangement of A2B1, A4B1, A6B1, A4B1, A6B1 and A2B1. The weft (A) uses antibacterial yarn and the weft (B) uses low-twist composite yarn formed by twisting moisture wicking yarn and fine cotton fiber. The warp (A) is anti-UV polyester fiber thread and the warp (B) is polyester fiber thread. USE - Antibacterial fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has long-lasting UV resistance and antibacterial function due to use of functional yarns which overcome defects like easy attenuate of existing functional fabric.
