NOVELTY - The sensor has a silicon-based dielectric substrate with a thickness of 470 mu m, coated with a thin layer of silicon dioxide of 1 mu m, two metal electrodes with linear or interdigitated configuration, made of the same material, gold or chromium, or of different materials. The sensitive layer consisting of a thin film of polyvinylpyrrolidone/ graphene oxide/ oxidized carbon nanohorns, with an equimassic content of oxidized carbon nanohorns and graphene oxide. USE - Ternary nanocomposite based-humidity chemiresistive sensor used in temperature range of 25-400 degrees C, applications in fields of domestic and industrial activity, such as textile and leather industry, agriculture and food industry, weather forecasting, in the medical field, pharmaceutical industry and electronics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing humidity chemiresistive sensor based on a ternary nanocomposite.
