NOVELTY - Preparing function graphene-titanium dioxide photocatalytic material, comprises adding graphene oxide and titanium dioxide powder in reactor, stirring and dissolving, adding ethylene diamine and hydration hydrazine, carrying out hydro-thermal reaction in hydrothermal kettle, ultrasonic stirring at the same time, completing reaction, drying and sintering to obtain composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing function graphene-titanium dioxide photocatalytic material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves dispersibility, can increase reaction efficiency, achieves mild hydro-thermal reaction condition.
