NOVELTY - The splitter has a light waveguide layer whose upper part is connected with a substrate that is connected with a dielectric medium layer. The dielectric medium layer is connected with an upper part of a D-type waveguide layer. A periphery of the D-type waveguide layer is covered with first arc graphene layer. A periphery of the first arc graphene layer is covered with second arc graphene layer. A periphery of the second arc graphene layer is covered with a rectangular waveguide layer. A side of the D-type waveguide layer is connected with an electrode. USE - Arc graphite alkene non-sensitive light modulator based polarizing beam splitter. ADVANTAGE - The splitter has wide range of applications.
