▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped carbon involves mixing 7.2g compound (I), 2.1g compound (II), 4 ml ethanol and 2 mg/mL graphene oxide dispersion and sonicating for 1 h to uniformly disperse the four substances. The uniformly dispersed mixture is then placed in a 100 ml Teflon (RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) hydrothermal kettle and hydrothermally treated at 180 degrees C for 12 h. The obtained solid product is repeatedly washed three times with deionized water and absolute ethanol, and then dried in an oven at 80 degrees C for use. The obtained solid product is uniformly mixed with potassium hydroxide at a mass ratio of 1:4, and then placed in a tube furnace and heat-treated at 900 degrees C for 1 h. The activated product is repeatedly washed with 10% by weight of hydrochloric acid and deionized water to remove residual ions, and finally dried to obtain a nitrogen-doped carbon product. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped carbon used for solar cell. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 20 mg of the nitrogen-doped carbon product prepared and 30 mg of sublimed sulfur are mixed uniformly, , and then heat-treated for 12 h under a protective atmosphere of 155 degrees C, so that sulfur is immersed into the nitrogen-doped carbon product under the action of capillary force. After cooling to room temperature, the sulfur-nitrogen-doped carbon product is contained.
