NOVELTY - Composite rubber material comprises crude rubber and a damping agent of the weight ratio is 2.5-5:1. The raw rubber is composed of butyl rubber, poly norbornene rubber and ethylene propylene diene rubber. The ethylene propylene diene rubber in the raw rubber is 8-20 wt.%. The damping agent is at least one terpene resin and/or modified terpene resin. USE - Composite rubber material (claimed), for use as rubber elastic element material in the field of buildings and bridges. ADVANTAGE - The composite rubber material has simple, good mechanical properties, adhesive performance, and excellent damping performance, and at the same time has a wide temperature range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the composite rubber material, which involves plasticating the raw rubber at 50-80 ℃, mixing the raw rubber after plasticating it with other components, then ban burying at a temperature higher than the softening point of the damping agent, thinning the rubber composite material after ban burying, triangular bag, discharging, vulcanizing the rubber composite material after discharging at 140-170 ℃ to obtain the product.
