USE - Preparation of graphene-based hyperbranched perylene imide/epoxy composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation, low production cost and little pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-based hyperbranched perylene imide/epoxy composite material comprises weighing 0.1-0.8 g carboxy-terminated perylene imide, 20-40 ml N,N'-dimethylformamide and 5-8 ml alkaline solution, reacting with stirring at 70-100 degrees C for 1-3 hours, slowly dropwise adding 2-3 ml epoxypropanol, continuously reacting for 8-12 hours, precipitating, filtering, drying, obtaining perylene bisimide-hyperbranched polyglycerol (PBI-HPG), weighing 0.05-0.08 g high temperature reduction treated graphene, ultrasonically dispersing in 5-8 ml N,N-dimethylformamide for 5-6 hours, obtaining mixed liquid, adding 0.5-1 g PBI-HPG, reacting at 80-100 degrees C for 20-24 hours, centrifugally separating, drying at 60 degrees C, obtaining reduced graphene oxide-grafted perylene bisimide-hyperbranched polyglycerol (PBI-HPG-g-RGO), taking 0.026-0.08 g PBI-HPG-g-RGO, adding in 26 g epoxy resin, vacuumizing, adding 7.8 g curing agent i.e. 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone, adding in steel mold, mixing uniformly, coating with silicone resin, curing at 140 degrees C/2 hours+160 degrees C/2 hours+180 degrees C/2 hours, and obtaining the product. The alkaline solution is sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, potassium hydroxide aqueous solution and/or potassium methoxide aqueous solution.
