NOVELTY - The device has a battery pack main portion which is provided with an electric heater preheating system and a liquid cooling system coupling pump. The electric heater is connected with a coupling pump through a coupling. The coupling pump is provided with a first coupling pump and a second coupling pump that are connected with each other. The liquid cooling system is composed of graphene element array, a metal supporting plate, a cold plate, a compressor (5), a condenser (4), an expansion valve (3) and a four-way reversing valve (2). The graphene element array is inserted in the metal supporting plate USE - Heating and cooling device for power battery pack of graphene and coupling pump used in electric automobile. Can also be used in lithium ion battery, nickel-cadmium battery and nickel-hydrogen battery. ADVANTAGE - The width-height ratio of the pipeline enhances heat exchange ability.
