NOVELTY - The filter has a substrate provided with a graphene array structure layer. The graphene array structure layer is provided with a periodic array of a Nano graphene particles and an air slit composite structure. The air slit composite structure is located on a graphite particle structure for symmetrically breaking grains, where the Nano graphene particles is provided with a periodic array pattern and a Graphite particles and the periodic array pattern is located on an upper surface of the substrate. USE - Photovoltaic material graphene array multiband filter. ADVANTAGE - The filter has simple structure, small structural size and realizes easy integration process.
