▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A three-dimensional boron-doped graphene is prepared by using supercritical carbon dioxide (CO2) under the action of fluid medium, and borane-based compound as reducing agent and boron source, and reducing graphene oxide. USE - Preparation of three-dimensional boron-doped graphene for cathode material of supercapacitor or non-molybdenum oxygen-fuel cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - Process is simple and environment-friendly, and has low cost and energy consumption. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a scanning electron microscope photograph of three-dimensional boron-doped graphene.
