NOVELTY - A graphene-forming structure of which graphene (121) is formed on one surface and graphene (122) is formed on another surface, and which comprises metal catalyst component(s) (110), is prepared. Carriers (131,132) are respectively arranged on graphene (121,122). The metal catalyst component is removed by applying an etchant to a side surface of the graphene-forming structure while winding up the carriers by respectively rotating a pair of rolls (141,142) formed to face each other, to obtain graphene. USE - Manufacture of graphene. Uses include but are not limited to base materials of electronic circuits, transparent electrodes, conductive thin films, radiating or heating devices, flexible display apparatus, touch screens, organic LEDs, and electrodes of dye-sensitized solar cells. ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient manufacture of graphene. The carriers minimize the damage of surfaces of graphene.
