NOVELTY - The circulating system has a batching preparation system that is used for configuring the deionized water and additive. A weighing system is used for weighing the material preparing system configuration of the deionized water and additive. A stirring system (6) is used for stirring weighing system weighing deionized water additive and graphene oxide cake material and forming an oxidized graphene. A homogenizing system is used for two times of homogenizing the oxidized graphene the stirring system after stirring. A circulating cooling system (1) is used for circulating cooling the stirring system and the homogenizing system. The batching preparation system is provided with deionized water storage tank (2) and an additive storage tank (3). The weighing system is provided with deionized water weighing tank (4) and an additive weighing tank (5). USE - Continuous dispersion circulating system of oxidized graphene used in electronic device radiating heat conducting field.
