NOVELTY - A modified attapulgite conductive paint comprises 40-60 pts. wt. modified attapulgite clay, 10-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin modified graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 3-5 pts. wt. emulsifier, 1-3 pts. wt. defoaming agent, and balance solvent. USE - Modified attapulgite conductive paint. ADVANTAGE - The conductive paint has good conductivity, good dispersibility and stability, simple preparation method, mild condition, and short time consumption, and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of the modified attapulgite conductive paint comprises: (A) crushing the natural attapulgite clay to 100-200 meshes, adding water, stirring to form suspension slurry, then fully dispersing by ultrasonic, taking the upper suspension in a centrifuge at 3000 revolutions/minute, centrifuging for 5-10 minutes, standing and vacuum filtering to obtain attapulgite clay A, placing the attapulgite clay in the beaker, adding ethanol to ultrasound for 10-20 minutes under the ultrasonic condition, standing and vacuum pumping, filtering, and drying the attapulgite clay; (B) adding the attapulgite clay in the flask, adding 2 mol/l diluted hydrochloric acid to ultrasound for 10-20 minutes under the ultrasonic condition, filtering in vacuum, washing with distilled water, and then drying, grinding to 100-200 meshes in a vacuum drying box to obtain the modified attapulgite clay; (C) weighing 10-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin modified graphene oxide graphene, adding graphene oxide 30-50 times weight of ethanol to prepare suspension, ultrasonic processing for 20-30 minutes, adding the silane coupling agent, ultrasonically processing for 10-20 minutes, adding epoxy resin, stirring and reacting for 3-5 hours at 80-90 degrees C, vacuum filtering and washing, obtaining the graphene oxide modified epoxy resin; adding distilled water into the modified graphene oxide, adding vitamin C for reduction reaction for 2-3 hours, vacuum filtering and washing to obtain epoxy resin modified graphene; and (D) adding the modified attapulgite clay and epoxy resin modified graphene into the reaction kettle, adding water, stirring uniformly, then putting it to ultrasound for 30-50 minutes under the ultrasonic condition and then adding emulsifying agent and silane coupling agent into the mixture, fully stirring for 0.5-1 hour; then adding defoaming agent to the system, and ball milling the obtained slurry for 1-2 hours to obtain the conductive paint.
