▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing artificial leather involves adding 90 pts. wt. wetting agent (an organic solvent) to 10 pts. wt. graphene, adding 5-10 pts. wt. silicone coupling agent, reacting at 70 degrees C for 24 hours, and removing the organic solvent under vacuum to obtain a lipophilic-modified graphene. 100 pts. wt. plasticizer is added to 0.5-1.0 pts. wt. modified graphene, and mixed uniformly to obtain a synergistic plasticizer graphene. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) artificial leather is then prepared with conventional processes by using calendering. USE - Method for preparing artificial leather (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare artificial leather, which reduces the plasticizer amount to 20% more than, and has improves heat resistance, aging resistance, electrical conductivity, electromagnetic shielding character, flame retardant performance, and greatly improved quality grade. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing artificial leather involves adding 90 pts. wt. wetting agent (an organic solvent) to 10 pts. wt. graphene, adding 5-10 pts. wt. silicone coupling agent, reacting at 70 degrees C for 24 hours, and removing the organic solvent under vacuum to obtain a lipophilic-modified graphene. 100 pts. wt. plasticizer is added to 0.5-1.0 pts. wt. modified graphene, and mixed uniformly to obtain a synergistic plasticizer graphene. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) artificial leather is then prepared with conventional processes by using calendering, which involves weighing 100 pts. wt. PVC powder, 3-5 pts. wt. stabilizer, 50-60 pts. wt. graphene plasticizer, 2-3 pts. wt. foaming agent, 5-10 pts. wt. filler, and an amount of coloring agents, adding to an accurate metered mixer, and efficiently mixing for 4-5 minutes. The obtained mixture is added to a mixer, and treated first at a temperature of 160-170 degrees C for 4-5 minutes, and then at a temperature of 150-160 degrees C for 8-10 minutes. The pre-plasticizing blend is transported to a calender bowl bonder of thin film, pre-treated fabric after bonding, cooled, and then coiled to obtain PVC semi-finished product. The semi-finished product is added to a foam furnace at a temperature gradient, heated, and subjected to embossing, cooling, coiling, surface treatment, and rolling to obtain PVC artificial leather.
