▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The structure has two symmetrically distributed binary RS photonic crystals and multiple graphene single layers attached together. The binary RS photo-crystalline crystal comprises multiple first dielectric layers and multiple L-dielectric layer, where thicknesses of the first and second dielectrics are respectively 1/4 of the respective optical wavelengths. The first dielectric layer is made of high refractive index material. The second dielectric layer is made of cryolite with low refractive index material, where an upper threshold value, a lower threshold value and upper and lower threshold values of the optical bistable state are regulated and controlled by the wavelength of the incident light. USE - Optical bi-stable state based Rudin-Shapiro photonic crystal pair and graphene composite structure for use in optical switch. ADVANTAGE - The three-order nonlinear effect of the graphene is greatly enhanced, so as to realize the optical bi-stable of the low threshold value. The thickness of the first dielectric layer and the second dielectrically layer is respectively 1/4 of the respective optical wavelength, so that the optical bistable state of the RS photonic crystal pair and the graphene composite structure is low. The threshold of optical bistability in this structure can be as low as 100MW/cm2, which is 3 orders of magnitude lower than the threshold of optical bistability in the composite structure of Thue-Morse photonic crystal and graphene. The chemical potential of graphene and the incident wavelength increase based on the upper and lower thresholds of the RS photonic crystal pair and the optical bistability of the graphene composite structure, and the interval between the upper and lower thresholds.
