NOVELTY - An oil casting type nylon/rare earth oxide/graphene composite material is prepared by heating and melting caprolactam monomer, adding inorganic nanomaterial A, ultrasonically dispersing, heating and melting caprolactam monomer, adding inorganic nanomaterial B, and ultrasonically dispersing; mixing suspensions, heating, processing, adding catalyst, vacuumizing, heating, adding lubricating oil or lubricating grease, controlling temperature, and processing; and adding activating agent, mixing, pouring into mold, maintaining, naturally cooling, and demolding. USE - Method for preparing oil casting type nylon/rare earth oxide/graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material is suitable for large machinery requirement including gear, sliding block and bearing, and has excellent comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An oil casting type nylon/rare earth oxide/graphene composite material is prepared by: (A) heating and melting caprolactam monomer at 80-90 degrees C, adding inorganic nanomaterial A, ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5-1.0 hour to obtain caprolactam suspension A containing inorganic nanomaterial A, heating and melting caprolactam monomer at 80-90 degrees C, adding inorganic nanomaterial B, and ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5-1.0 hour to obtain caprolactam suspension B containing inorganic nanomaterial B; (B) mixing suspensions according to mass ratio of 1:1, heating to 100-110 degrees C, processing for 4-8 minutes, adding catalyst at 120-130 degrees C, vacuumizing at 120-13 degrees C for 4-8 minutes, heating to 130-140 degrees C, adding 3.0-5.0 g lubricating oil or lubricating grease, controlling temperature to 130-140 degrees C, and processing for 4-8 minutes; and (C) adding activating agent, mixing, pouring into mold, maintaining at 60-180 degrees C for 30-150 minutes, naturally cooling to room temperature, and demolding. The nanoparticle A is graphene oxide or carbon nanotube. The nanoparticle B is lanthanum chloride or lanthanum oxide. The lubricant is lubricating grease or lubricating oil, specifically base oil, dimethyl silicone oil, white grease, bearing lubricating grease and/or molybdenum disulfide lithium grease.
