NOVELTY - A red iron oxide pigment comprises 280-300 pts. wt. red iron oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. allyl polyethylene glycol, 2-3 pts. wt. magnesium aluminum silicate, 6-8 pts. wt. glass fiber, 20-25 pts. wt. sericite powder, 1-2 pts. wt. lanthanum oxide, 3-4 pts. wt. zirconia, 2-3 pts. wt. dimethicone, and 4-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent containing 2-4 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 1-2 pts. wt. aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 0.5-1 pt. wt. tamarind, 10-12 pts. wt. expanded perlite, 6-8 pts. wt. graphene, 2-3 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 1-3 pts. wt. magnesia, and 1-2 pts. wt. sodium dihydrogen phosphate. USE - A red iron oxide pigment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Red iron oxide pigment has bright color, improved strength and toughness, wear resistance, temperature resistance, and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A red iron oxide pigment comprises 280-300 pts. wt. red iron oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. allyl polyethylene glycol, 2-3 pts. wt. magnesium aluminum silicate, 6-8 pts. wt. glass fiber, 20-25 pts. wt. sericite powder, 1-2 pts. wt. lanthanum oxide, 3-4 pts. wt. zirconia, 2-3 pts. wt. dimethicone, and 4-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent containing 2-4 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 1-2 pts. wt. aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 0.5-1 pt. wt. tamarind, 10-12 pts. wt. expanded perlite, 6-8 pts. wt. graphene, 2-3 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 1-3 pts. wt. magnesia, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium dihydrogen phosphate, and 1-2 pts. wt. sodium metasilicate obtained by mixing tamarind and sodium metasilicate, adding water, stirring to completely dissolve, adding remaining components, stirring, drying at 50-60 degrees C for 3-4 hours, and grinding into 250-300 meshes powder. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of red iron oxide pigment which involves mixing red iron oxide and dimethicone, stirring, ball milling for 20-30 minutes, sieving with 100-150 meshes sieve, mixing water and allyl polyethylene glycol, stirring to completely dissolve, mixing with obtained material and other remaining components, stirring for 25-30 minutes, drying at 50-60 degrees C, ball milling for 20-25 minutes, and sieving with 250-300 meshes sieve.
